Returnable coatings technology
Scuffing can be concealed or delayed by applying returnable coatings in the
filling plant. In fact, for more than 10 years ARKEMA has developed several
ranges of products that could be apply separately or complementary to improve
a returnable bottle pool.
By enhancing the appearance and the strength of returnable bottles, the useable
life of bottles is extended. The benefits include better product appeal , cost
savings, line efficiency optimization and a reduction in CO2 emissions in the
supply chain .
